Founded in 1980
WR Factors was founded in May 1980, by Joe and Kay Donocik, in the rural village of West Rasen, Lincolnshire. The "WR" in the name stands for West Rasen.
In the beginning the business was very small, operating on a part time basis. WR Factors soon started to grow with an ever increasing number of orders and began operating on a full time basis. In March 1992 the business moved to its present location in Grimsby, providing a central position for distribution to the Oil, Petro-Chemical and Pharmaceutical companies.
October 2006 saw the well earned retirement of Joe and Kay Donocik and the business was sold on to Paul Graham, to continue in Joe's footsteps in providing first class products and service. Having personally worked on the majority of the local factories, Paul has in excess of 20 years of experience in this sector and a wealth of engineering knowledge. Due to Paul's history of continuously working to tight deadlines, he can fully appreciate the daily pressures faced within engineering and production environments. Paul is a firm believer that speed and accuracy of service is the major factor for the success and growth of the company.
At WR Gaskets we concentrate on top quality materials. As we are not tied to any one manufacturer we can offer a good selection, carrying most of the well known manufacturers' rubber and jointing. Thousands of cutters are available at WR Gaskets for production runs and non-standard gaskets. In addition a hand fabrication service and CAD operated cutting machines for bespoke one-offs or extra large gaskets.

Traditional press cutting machines complement our CNC capability, handling high-volume production of standard gasket sizes. We hold thousands of cutters for production runs.
