Custom Cut Gaskets

We manufacture and supply gaskets in any size and material. Our Atom CNC knife cutting machines produce gaskets with precision directly from CAD drawings, and we can also produce bespoke one-off gaskets which are hand fabricated in our workshop.

We stock an extensive range of gasket sheet materials including EPDM rubber, non-asbestos fibre (NAF grade), reinforced graphite, pure PTFE, expanded PTFE, compressed fibre, cork, and numerous specialty grades. Our team can advise on the best material for your specific application, taking into account factors such as operating temperature, pressure, media compatibility, and flange condition.

Full face gaskets are supplied to standard BS, ANSI, and DIN flange dimensions, or we can cut to any non-standard size from your drawings or samples. IBC (intermediate bulk container) gaskets are available from stock in standard sizes. For emergency requirements, our same day dispatch service ensures you receive your gaskets when downtime is costing money.
