We supply and manufacture a wide range of spiral wound gaskets and sealing products for a variety of uses. Ranging from ceramic, PTFE and graphite filler material, we can provide gaskets in a number of different material combinations to suit your needs.
WR Gaskets stocks spiral wound gaskets in standard ASME B16.20 and BS EN 1514-2 sizes, as well as manufacturing bespoke sizes to customer specifications. Our stock range includes gaskets with carbon steel outer rings, 304 and 316 stainless steel windings, and graphite or PTFE fillers. For high-temperature applications above 450°C, we can supply gaskets with ceramic or mica fillers.
We source our spiral wound gaskets from Flexitallic and other leading manufacturers. Every gasket meets the quality standards required for critical sealing applications. Inner rings are available in a range of alloys including 304SS, 316SS, Monel, Inconel, and Hastelloy for corrosive media service.
Our spiral wound gaskets are widely used in the oil and gas, power generation, and petrochemical industries, where high-pressure and high-temperature sealing is critical.
