State-of-the-Art CNC Cutting
We continue to invest in the latest machinery with our Atom FlexCut CNC knife cutting machines. The 3m x 2m cutting table allows us to manufacture and cut gaskets to a greater size and quantity range. This complements our compact 1.5m x 1.5m Atom CNC oscillating knife machine, used in our specialist 'jobbing' workshop for small quantities and quick turnaround.

From Drawing to Dispatch
Most orders start with a drawing, a sample, or a phone call. If you have a DXF file we can load it straight into the CNC machine. If you have a worn gasket or a hand sketch, we can work from that too. We have scanned and replicated gaskets from samples posted to us by customers who had no drawings at all.
For standard flange gaskets we hold thousands of press cutters covering BS, ANSI, and DIN flange tables. These are ideal for repeat production runs where you need consistent results. Our online gasket shop covers the most common sizes and materials, with same day dispatch on stock items.
For non-standard shapes, large gaskets, or one-off prototypes, the CNC knife machine is the better option. There are no tooling costs, so you are not paying for a cutter you will only use once. We regularly cut gaskets up to 3 metres in diameter on the large table.
Independent Material Selection
We are not tied to any single manufacturer. That means we can recommend the right material for your application without being pushed toward a particular brand. We carry stock from Garlock, Klinger, Novus Sealing, W.L. Gore, Victor Reinz, James Walker, and others.
Our stock range includes rubber sheeting in EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, silicone, and natural rubber. We carry jointing materials in compressed fibre, graphite, and PTFE grades. For high-pressure or high-temperature applications, we supply spiral wound gaskets and metallic gaskets.
