We provide a wide range of rubber sheeting for a variety of uses. Ranging from natural to synthetic rubber, butyl and silicone, we can provide sheeting in a number of different materials to suit your needs.
Rubber sheeting is available in full rolls, part rolls, cut sheets, or we can CNC-cut gaskets directly from rubber sheet to your specifications. Cloth-inserted and fabric-reinforced options are also available.
Elastomer Types
Natural Rubber (Commercial) -general use, good tensile strength, -20°C to 70°C
Commercial Insertion -as above with increased tensile and tear resistance, -20°C to 70°C
Synthetic Rubber -greases, some chemicals and oils, good flame retardant, -20°C to 110°C
Nitrile (NBR) -oils, fuels, petroleum, solvents, good abrasion resistance, -45°C to 130°C
Silicone -electrical insulation, ozone, gases, diluted acids, -70°C to 200°C
EPDM -WRC approved for potable water, steam, general chemicals, -40°C to 120°C
Viton (FKM) -aggressive chemicals, high temperature
Hypalon (CSM) -acids, oxidising chemicals, UV resistance
Butyl (IIR) -gas impermeability, chemical resistance
